I was working with a different lender and the loan fell through unexpectedly right before closing. I reached out to Mindy and she completely saved the day! Even though we did not have a pre-existing relationship, Mindy took on my case as if she'd been with me throughout my whole house search. She was communicative, clear and so responsive. Where do I begin... my wife and I have gone through the selling and buying process many times over the last 6 years and with that have experienced many agents, lenders, loan officers, etc. ! I wish I can say most of the time everyone was great and easy to work with-but that would not be the truth.
